Refund/Return Policy

In using this website, you are deemed to have read & agreed to the following refund policy.

Refund

Refund will only be eligible if the item(s) is proven lost in transit.

All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-replaceable except for when the item is:-

• received in defective condition (with proof i.e video)
• received different from ordered item (wrongly delivered by Diary Gold)

Proof of damaged/defective item received must be accompanied with a video upon receiving the order. The cost of shipping for an exchange must be borne by the buyer.

All items must be in new & unworn condition. Item which is deemed damaged by wear & tear will not be accepted.

Buyer shall request for an exchange/replace within 24 hours upon receiveing the item.

All items sold are not returnable.
